The need for a tool like goShadow and training how to effectively utilize shadowing for process mapping and discovery, patient and staff experience improvement, and operational efficiency was identified by a community of clinicians from around the world who found themselves relying on antiquated information and pen and paper data collection methods to make vital decisions impacting patient care, experiences, and staff workflows.
goShadow is the answer to the need for a comprehensive collaborative tool to collect, analyze, and aggregate an organization’s process and experience-level data real-time. By possessing real-time data, teams come together to truly co-design more ideal experiences that deliver clinical outcomes and operational value for all stakeholders.
With experiences from years as a project manager with the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, to running a high-volume outpatient clinic, Angela has an abundance of real-world experience which led her to develop goShadow as a tool for patient and staff experience mapping as well as process improvement.
